We are committed to protecting your privacy and have designed the App with privacy as a core principle. The App operates on a privacy-first, offline-first model, meaning your data is stored locally on your device and we collect minimal information necessary for the App to function.

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores all your personal data locally on your device using Realm Database. This includes:

  • Task Data: Tasks you create (title, description, schedule, time preferences)

  • Completion Data: Records of when you complete, skip, or snooze tasks

  • Statistics: Streak information, completion rates, and calendar heatmap data

  • Settings: Notification preferences, default snooze time, color mode preferences

  • Purchase History: Local cache of your in-app purchase entitlements (PRO, PRO+)

Important: This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up using cloud storage services (iCloud Drive on iOS or Google Drive on Android).

Information We May Collect

Device Information

  • Device type and operating system version (for app functionality and compatibility)

  • Device identifiers (for in-app purchase verification)

Push Notification Data

  • Notification permissions status

  • Device tokens for delivering push notifications (handled by your device's operating system)

In-App Purchase Information

When you make a purchase through the App:

  • Purchase transaction data (processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

  • Purchase verification data (processed by RevenueCat, our in-app purchase service provider)

  • Entitlement status (which features you have access to)

Note: Payment information is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your payment details.

We use RevenueCat and the App Store/Play Store to:

  • Verify purchase entitlements

  • Restore previous purchases

  • Manage subscription status

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes:

  • Deleting the App will remove all local data (unless you have cloud backups)

Purchase Data

  • Purchase records are maintained by Apple/Google and RevenueCat according to their policies

  • We maintain a local cache of your entitlements for app functionality

If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that:

  • Your data is stored locally on your device

  • In-app purchase processing may involve data transfers to:

    • RevenueCat (United States)

    • Apple (United States) for iOS purchases
